About Beta Psi Nu
The Beta Psi Nu sorority is a predominantly African American, Christian-based organization that was founded in 2009. There are currently two active chapters located at Lawrence University and Lakeland College in Wisconsin, USA. A multicultural and multi-faith group of young women, Beta Psi Nu strives to empower women of color through a dedication to sisterhood, education, and community service.
Mission
The members of Beta Psi Nu aim to exemplify excellence to influence young women. We hope this influence drive women to make the changes they want to see in the spaces they inhabit. We are women that defy stereotypes and will not be deterred from creating a successful future for our lives. We appreciate the women that have guided us to success and will follow in their footsteps to ensure our success will continue.
Vision
Beta Psi Nu exists to instill Christian based values and to create a familial connection among women. We aim to expand to other institutions to ensure that marginalized and minority women are valued and represented
